So
far I have found this week’s reading to be quiet challenging especially since
Mahabharata is quiet long with lots of stories. I am glad that Part C was
shorter. It was exciting and full of dramas, which made the reading easier as I
was really engaged. I particularly liked Arjuna’s character. He goes on solo
adventures, which initially started when he violated Draupadi’s private time
with Yudhishthira. Arjuna takes off to acquire weapons Pandavas will need at
the end of their exile. During the process of acquiring these weapons he passes
through this thick forests. He faces few difficulties during the adventure. One
morning when he was performing morning worship he faces a boar and manages to
hot the boar with an arrow. He fights and finally is grated with the boon of
divine weapons like a champion.
